Chaitra Navratras are back (22 march-30 march 2023) most of the people in India observe fasting during these 9 days, The most important change Indians make in their regular routine along with indulging in religious ceremonies is the diet change. People avoid cereals during these 9 days & prefer to go on a plant-based or water-based diet completely.
